No special return numbers need to be used for the return of defective product to Micatrone.

However, we recommend that you contact us before hand to ensure a defect, before the product is returned to us.

Please note that with the returned repair, contact and delivery details as well as information about fault symptoms must be provided. If the warranty is claimed, a copy of the invoice must be attached.

Normal delivery time for repairs is about 14 days.
